30 minutes is the minimum amount of time you should exercise for, however it is a good idea to arrive earlier than your scheduled session to warm up.

No, I train people of all genders! However, I specialize in working with women, as I understand the unique challenges they face when it comes to fitness and nutrition.

Of course! I was once a beginner too. I will help you learn proper form and technique so that you can exercise safely and effectively. We will start slow and gradually build up to more challenging workouts as you get stronger.

Minimum, 3 times per week. However, life can be unpredictable and we understand that isn’t always possible. Do what works best for you and we will make the most of our time together.

Yes! Prenatal and postpartum fitness is one of my specialties. I will design a program specifically for you that takes your changing body into account. Please note that you will need a doctor’s clearance before starting any exercise program.
